Hathway — Not providing internet

I am rahul deo, my hathway account no.1488283.We pay 2240 rs for 3 month internet( every month 100 GB with 40mbps ), but they are not providing internet, when i call hath call centre they just say sorry for week signal etc last 2nd may to 26 may we are calling every day and register complait. We are not paying for there sorry..So plz take some corrective action against hathway company
