Hathway — Not providing The services properly when i took the connection it was like the best internet in my city.

Im facing packetloss issues from 10 days but i called them and i asked why am i getting packetloss issues they said they will check in 1 day i called them 2 days ago and the 1 day was over no one assisted me. 2nd day i called they said 1 day again. and this is freaking . why would i pay for stuffs they never solve the problem till 5-6 days

And they said 'Sir your internet is downgraded'
That doesnt means that i wont even get 512 speed after downgrade.
Do i seem to be a to them ?
