Hathway — Not resolving a technical issue even after filing complaint 3 time and spending more than 5 days.

Hi, I am consumer of Hathway internet and have been using it for past 1.5 years. From past 10 days I am facing internet issue at my residence. I have given more than 3+ complaints and the complaint numbers are : 12704957, 12727440. For other they have not even provided the complaint number. Whenever, I call up them, they say, its is technical issue and looks like your modem is offline and there is no connection from server to your modem. This will require ground work analysis and needs 48hours to resolve. They do resolve it in 48hours and the resolution stays just for a day. Post that its is the same old story. I am fed up giving complaints. We cannot escalate the issue to Higher authorities. The nodal officers are available from 10am to 4pm and 95% of the time they dont pick up the call. The internet issue resulted me huge loss as of now with respect to my time, office commitments, shares and money. I would like to file a consumer complaint against the HATHWAY on this regard.
