Hathway — Not sending any bills

Hathway broadband bangalore has not been sending my bills for the year 2014. Even after requesting for the bill multiple times over phone / emails / escalation etc; they have not sent any of the bills. This has caused a lot of inconvenience for me as a consumer and I'm denied of the bills I have the right to have. I have had multiple conversation with their 'amazing' customer reps; who promised me to send the bills within 24 hours; however I have not received them even after 10 days! Their supervisors assured me that I would receive the bills but I have not. My account # 852853 This is is the most pathetic service I have come across so far.

First few days : The customer support said they will provide the bill in 24 hours

Next few days : again 24 hours

I called today : It will take 15 days.

Next call today : We cannot provide the bills

This is ridiculous behavior!

Update : I got a call from their Supervisor who said will arrange a call and have the bills sent to me.

An hour later -> I receive a call and they say they cannot provide the bills to me! What kind of an organization fails to provide the bills to the customer? Do you even realize that this is a violation of law?

FYI - I did not even receive the bill for which I made a payment in Jan! Where are my bills disappearing. Will anyone bother to take a look at this. I would appreciate some attention here.
