[Resolved] Hathway — Offering 50 Mbps but getting only 0.15Mbps | |||
Account No 1041621 Registered Name : Kiran Kumar V Hi I am a Hathway customer form last one year, form last 10 days I'm having very bad experience with hathway. I have filed a complaint on 29 November 2014 as I was facing slowness with my Internet connectivity, I was told that the issue was due to packet loss and will be resolved by next day afternoon . But actuly the issue didn't get resolved. I had to call the customer care every day until today 04 December 2014 but the issue is still not resolved. The speed that I'm getting now is 0.15 Mbps, I'm not able to use the Internet at all. I had a very bad experience today, when I called the customer care the response I got was that the back end Engineer are still working on the issue . I don't seriously understand what the fix that they are taking so much time. I don't think are they taking up the customer problem seriously. Each time I call the customer care I'm charged more than 10-15 rs as they keep on hold for several minutes. I request the authorities to take some action on this issue and resolve my problem either by refunding my payment back or fix my speed issue and compensate for days that I have lost. Hathway is a company that takes money but gives no service. When customers stop buying, automatically cheating will stop.

No use even after lot of complaints, still facing the same issue. Even after reporting the issue in such consumer site.
