Hathway — Paid for 50MBPS and getting 2MBPS speed

My customer ID is 185071 from kandivali west. I have shifted my plan from 5MBPS to 50MBPS. I have placed three complaints from 6th March till 16th March for the lowest speed, i paid for 50 MBPS but not getting more than 2 MBPS - 12 MBPS. No complaint has been attained yet. I am forced to place this issue in the customer forums, because of false promises made by your team. I want my money back and shift me back to 5MBPS .
