Hathway — Particular Channel is not broadcasting in spite of having full package

Copa America football tournament is broadcasting through Sony KIX and Sony Six HD channel. My digital cable service provider "Hathway Digital Cable TV' is not broadcasting the channel in (SONY KIX) spite of I am having the package of Rs. 375. As per them the channel will be provided individual subscription of the particular channel and that need to take at least for 3 months. How they can say like this after having the full package?
