Hathway — Poor Service and Need Refund

So many times request them to improve the service but every 15 days we have to complain and ask for better service and there is no right point of contact to inform the problem of the poor and slow internet service. I am not getting what i paid for so kindly help me to disconnect the service and also for the refund amount what I paid it. Its been worst and worst everyday for internet services
