[Resolved] Hathway — Promised to rectify network within 3 hours but it is 3 days over. | |||
Dear Sir, I am a customer of Hathway Broadband Services from 27th June, 2014 approximately. They gave me a corrupted Modem for which I was facing problems from the very first week. Now it is not working for 4 last days and I have lodged a complain in Hathway on 14th July. One of their support guy promised me that it will be replaced within the same day. From then, I have called Hathway customer service 8 times and each times they said that it will be done within next 3 hours. It is 3 days over now and now just 10 minutes before they said again that it will be done on the next day because their engineers will not work after 6 PM. Before that they had said that it will be done within 6PM today. I am facing problems without the Internet service.
