Hathway — Refund .... | |||
I am hathway broadband customer from Vizag and acct no. 1117963. The net connections were gone in Oct after the hud hud cyclone. Though the whole city came back to life in 3 weeks there was no sign of hathway connections for over two months and the response from customer service and local office in Vizag was VERY VERY poor. Now after waiting for three months i took another connection in Dec. I have requested the refund of my unused amount and also refund of my modem deposit but till now nothing has been done. They say will take 45 days. This is ridiculous. A refund taking 45 days. I need the amount of the unused period and deposit amt of MODEM URGENLY as i will be away from Vizag from 1st week of Feb.
