Hathway — Regarding reconnection

I have been requested for relocation of my Broadband connection to my new address which is just few streets away from old one..its almost been 10 days for now but no one has turned up.. The local distributed who sold me data connection said to pay 300Rs for shifting I made that amount also. if i spoke with costumer care regarding this and they have taken new address..
