[Resolved] Hathway — Repeated sms & calls for renewal when connection was terminated 1.5 year back | |||
I had disconnect my Hathway connection June/July 2020. My hathway connection number was [protected]. It had disconnected & submitted my router to them. And since then I've been receiving calls and sms from them every alternate day. Every time I explain them that I'm not going to go for their connection again. But still they keep calling with new number every time. This is such an harassments to keep calling someone daily because that person trusted you and gave you business for several years. No I do not need your service and have all the right to be forgotten. Please stop calling me and remove my number from your database. No sms no calls please. Was this information helpful? | |||

Isn't that straight forward ?
Hathway can take trouble of calling and sms-ing 1.5 year old customer without failure. But can't get the contact from account number to discontinue troubling once loyal customer.
