As per my below screenshot, we have requested for re-activation of our broadband account and also chasing with your team over the phone everyday - but no proper response and nobody has came back to us.

Kindly check and revert as soon as possible otherwise we may approach head office for further assistance.

Please check attached screnshot of our y'day's call - we have waited more than 10 min as they put our call on hold and simply disconnected.
Still we are waiting for Hathway's update on our WiFi activation and haven't heard back from the technical support team since 18th. Everyday we are calling 4 - 5 times but they are holding our call 8-10 mins then the call will get disconnected. Same happening since 18th April'21.
The worst team and servie i can say!!!
