My Name is Ranjith. My User Id: 1307671, I purchase HATH WAY broadband 3 months offer with 1675.00 Rs From May 2015 on wards we are facing issues while using HATH WAY Broadband. After 7 pm on wards net unable to connect services, if I called to customer care they said signal issue.We have 3 connections in same building. They knows signal issue but why they are giving connections, this is completely cheating. In adv. they are offering 50 mbps but i am not getting that much speed. I called customer care so many times. still issue is present As per my experience Hath way is the No.1 worst service in Hyderabad. Hath way peoples are cheaters.
