Hathway — speed problem since renew account

Dear sir / madame Speed: 2 mbps day / 5 mbps night I am Janak Kapadia my ac no. Is 873066. I habe speed problem since I had renew my connection. Till today there is no solution. On helpline call they say me we do night call but no night call came. So much hares. Please do needful and if no solution coming from your side then please give me refund
