[Resolved] Hathway — Termination Request | |
I have raise a termination request on dated 11/04/2021, but till now I haven't received any confirmation message nor any executive contact me. I have to move to Lucknow but they are not responding. Today I am going to Lucknow and after today I will not present at my current address for returning of router so, please arrange an executive otherwise I am not liable for any charge. For this I have mailed multiple times but there was no response and also there is no method to directly contact to your executive. Kindly look into this and resolve today.
