I have moved to different country from March 2020 and submitted modem to hathway kandivali asking to deactivate my account.
From last teo year, i am receiving message and calls to renew the account.
I have asked them at least 100 time ls to deactivate my account and informed that I am not in Mumbai anymore to use your service.
Still I am receiving calls.
I have also raised dnd complaint to airtel last week for the same.
They have no option of delete account on their application due to which we cannot elete by our own.
