I Have Put Several Requests To Deactivate My Hathway Broadband Account. They Always Say That I Will Get A Sms Shortly With My Request Number But That Never Happens. Also I Am Getting Harrased By Their Team Calling Me Minimum 15 Times A Day, Asking To Renew My Account. I Am Ready To Return The Router As Well But Nobody Calls Me Back Regarding That.
