[Resolved]  Hathway — Very poor Internet Connection

Dear Sir I have installed Hathway Internet Services about 6 months back, Ref A/C Number 1142657 Registered in the name of Sampangi S Reddy. While installing i was promised 50 mbps speed and i have been paying monthly rental of Rs 1500 for the same. However till now i have never got that speed further the internet connection does not work 80% of the time, i am not able to do my activities because the internet doesn't work and all the money i am paying as rental is a waste. I have complained the same several times to the company, they promise to rectify it but of no avail. Reference complaint Number[protected]. I request you to kindly take action against the company.
