Very poor service but had to depend on them as there was no other service providers in my locality, they take an average of 24 hours to attend to complaints, and complaints are very often, an average of 1 complaint per week.
They disconnected for non payment one day, I was their customer for over a year and had made payments within the due date and this time I had plain forgotten about the payment, I did not get even a reminder call and they disconnected, I made payment the same day I got disconnected but they took 3 days to restore back the connection.
My account id with them is 1120035.
I have now opted for an alternate provider, luckily I have one more provider now.
Two days back I have called them and asked them for termination which they have not responded as yet. The complaint number is 14308292.
Hope they don't charge me for another month just because of their lethargy, My payment due to them when I raised the termination request is Rs. 0.
