Hathway — WIFI not working from one month

In this pandemic every one knows the importance of wifi at home. Work form Home, Online classes. My wifi not working since one month. Every day I am using my mobile data for my office work and my kid online classes. From last one month I fed up calling all Hathway contacts to get this fixed . Every one will come and say it is not my work.

Then who's work is to fix my wifi connection.

I am loosing my patience now, I took prepaid plan for 6 months waste of money and mental tension.
