Hathway — WORST SERVICE!! Hatway never provides services, never paid refund

Hathway is providing worst service ever seen, 95% of the time internet not working. We just spend on calling customer care. No complaint get resolved. They just autoclose the service without resolving it. And event if we a one late for making their payments they just terminate the service without prior information. Their engineers have long list of reasons why they can not resolve the issue. I wonder if they really have any technical knowledge or not. Though I have paid them 3 months advanced I had to take another service due to no service at all from Hathway. And now when I applied for refund no one even bother to reply. Call center people just try to fool you around. They will tell you to mail Billingdesk and we get not even a single reply after mailing them 100 times. This is how they work. Never take service from Hathway.
