I raised a service request no. Fj080773 regarding problem with my havells geyser on 8th october. The service engineer came on the same day, told me that the heating element & magnesium rod needs replacement, collected 150 rupees & promised to come back & resolve the issue in next 2 days. After 3-4 days, when he did not return, i called customer care & from then, i am calling on daily basis, getting fake assurance & promises from your senior customer representatives that the problem will be resolved the next day at any cost. The irony is that the problem still lies unresolved & today is 23 october. Today also they have promised the same thing & one more time i have to wait for one of the same regular tomorrows. I request havells to take back their geyser after refunding me my cost price & 150 rupees i have paid for this service request. I have already spent a lot of time & cannot take this anymore. I have also written similar email to [protected]@havells.com & also to [protected]@havells.com but people not even seems to be interested in reading & responding. Was this information helpful? |
There are no proper instructions given in the manual for assembling.
Fan is making so much noise from 2nd day and it is increasing day by day. Unable to install swing switch at the back as there are no instructions in the manual how to fit .
