Havells — Defective pedestal fan | |||
I have purchased havells pedestal fan ( sprint led 16 inch) on 16th april 2016. Fan motor never worked . I have raised complaint # fd181682 .Technician came to my house after several follow up and informed me motor is having some issue, i have to return the fan to dealer and get new one . Today i have return the fan and got the new one. After reaching home when i open the box, i could see pole is missing in the box/package. This is really bad. How can you forget to place parts . In my entire life i have never ever seen such mistake by any other company in any of product. Do you have any quality /testing team who check this kind of things ? Its really not happy with your products . Can i return the fan and get my money back . I can't keep raising complaint /follow up with customer care /technicians for your defective products . Havells — Aircool/ Fan motor not working
I have complain so many time but no body can respond i am frustrating for Havells service center.
