i have purchase havells electrical products and use in my newly construction building (coral switch, wire, modular plate etc.) from your dealer M/s. Vaibhav Electricals, jawahar nagar, Raipur-492001 in oct. 2010 and onwards and that time they show me havells company give 10 years warranty in his product coral modular switch after that qwality of coral switches is not satispactory, so many switches loosed in duration uses
