Technician charing money for geyser under warranty

I have got Fabia 15ltr geyser installed at my house and its been just 6 months which is still under 2 year warranty and now suddenly stopped working. Worst customer care

It's been 7 days since i have complained. Your part still haven't arrived and their employees and customer care centers does not even care about giving any information. This is humiliating how can a company like this be so Irresponsible. I would say you have looted your customers. Would never ever buy or let anyone around me buy your any items. Literally no freaking service....

Defective AC caused fire at my house.

My AC caught fire due to faulty PCB unit. The company is daily hanging their statement for root cause.
The incident took place more than a month back and now they are not responding to any calls/ email.

They are not even sharing the mailing address where a legal notice can be sent....

I have purchased 3 Havells - Stealth Air Pearl White 1250mm ceiling fans on 7 Aug 2022. I am facing fan wobble issue in one of the fans. I have raised multiple request to get this resolved. Drainage issue
