I own a Havells Max water purifier and i booked a servicing through the havells sync app via reference Id [protected]. The technician changed the filters and charged me around 5k for it. I asked him for an invoice and he said i will recieve it on my email id. It has been 6 days since, I have been following up with him day and night and still haven't recieved an invoice.
The company needs to understand that it is a violation of Consumer Rights and we have bigger forums to escalate this.
I have been approaching the company from every where possible (customer care, email, etc) but I am not getting nay response. Was this information helpful? |
