We bought subject appliance on ;14 aug 2022 which under warranty and we have duly registered our complaint No.[protected] dated 24 July23 for leaking of Geyser. Same was attended on 25 jul23 with assurance that geyser will not leak again.. it start leaking on 26 july 23 night and we have dully complaint no [protected] dated 27 july 23 . Technician attended the same on l 28 july23 with changing the pipe from tape to Geyser by charging Rs 200/- and assured that same will not leak again.. On 4th Aug 2023 its again starting leaking and we have duly complaint No [protected] dated 9aug 2023 with assurance that same will be attended soon or may replace the defective Geyser.. I have received call from havells Tel no[protected] Mr Sexsena that he will sent Sr Technician to get the geyser working . I told him that the machine is faulty and need to be replace with new one. He roughly said that they donot replace it and only they can repair the old one..
its very bad experience with Havells team which have good reputation towards its prodcut..
What i have noticed and observed with my last one month experienced with M/ Havells team are as follows :-
1) After sale service is very poor and techinician only want to make money for the part to be change which are not in warrnaty
2) Arrogance with service team both customer service as well as technician
3) No value for customer emotion
4) No schedule time for visit of customer home
5) Techinician are not properly equiped
My request to Havell team to look into this matter seriously to keep faith of small customer in the brand of havells.
