I had registered a complaint for an exhaust purchased around 1 year back & which stopped working. Despite several follow up with the customer complaint on 12th Dec 2022 no one has turned up yet to check the product which is under warranty.

This is really mental harassment as no one is bothered to respond back after multiple calls and then one person called and said it's not in my preview so please talk to my supervisor and get it managed! And when I called the manager he said he is sending the engineer and it's been 22 days since he is managing to send it. This is pathetic service by Havells.
