Good day sir,

Iam Gagan Bains from v Bhiura PO Rajgarh Teh Balh Distt Mandi HP 175027 I buyed Havells bellow type 25 ltr water heater QTY 2. As one of the unit start leaking last month. One of your technician came and he changed the gasket, but after that it getting cutoff again and again. I complainted again but still there is no response from your side. But no result or any technician attend my complaint. I called him but he told me he dont have spares. Its already 16 days since he told me this. Please do something as soon as possible.

Reg above complaint your technician changed one part in the heater. but again iam facing same problem.
This unit has not worked for 10 days continuously since i have purchased it.
