Havells — Pathetic customer service | |||
Hi, I purchased one gyser 10 lit storage on monday and called up customer care for installation request.The request NO was FB223174.This ticket was assigned to Tarama electronics Next day evening (23rd Feb) I got call from a guy named Buddha([protected]). He told me he is resolving the ticket to save his SLA and confirmed that he would do the installation tomorrow(24th).Then I got one SMS that ticket has been closed. On 24th the same guy called me and informed that he won't be able to come. Then in evening again I raised another installation request by calling customer care.Req no was FB241714 and again it got allocated to tarama electronics. Now today(25th) morning I called up the same guy Budhha and he is still refusing to come and do the installation.I opted for havells only because it provides free installation but it seems I have to get it done at my own expense. After this pathetic service provided by havells I am never going to buy anything from you and would suggest my friends to do so. I would expect stringent action to be taken against the tarama electronics. Was this information helpful? | |||
