[Resolved] Havells — Special Fan not been repaired after series of complaints | |||
Hi, My HAvell's special fan not working for three weeks now. No responses from Havels yet. 5 complaints have been filed online. First day Tarun called up and asked for the time of visit. he confirmed he will come in the evening for sure. Did not turn up. Second day, call center calls up and says the service engineer is waiting in front of my house. She agreed to reschedule the call to the evening. No one comes. Day 3 another assitant of tarun arrives. On phone this guy is told what to be checked. the clone informs the motor has gone bad. So i will bring it on saturday. No one came back after that. Not sure if the motor is not working why should the lights not work ??? This fan is not even a year old ! I need an replacement of this defective piece. Was this information helpful? | |||
