We purchased HCL desktop on 27/08/2012
my machine serial no is : 4113AC152429

within a year several times it was at HCL service centre. And
sometimes after servicing within a month again it was not working..

Again now PC is not working... "No Signal"....

Please let me know what to do??? If HCL is giving this kind of service
then really its not at...

I had purchased a HCL tab me Y2 with sim card. Bill no. 488 on 13 August 2012, paying 14,500/- cash. It is quite unfortunate that within 3 working days the LCD started flickering even though there was no mishandling or physical damage to the product.

Readers, Be-ware , This company seems to be importing scrapped items / discarded items (Hardwares retired by companies as obsolete in coutries like Singapore/Malaysia) and fixing them up in their Newly assembled systems here in India. What a big sham. I have had such a bitter experience with them and still trying to resolve the issue.

I bought four desktop through online payment (order no. 59480) from HCL stores. The lady Sweta in HCL stores confirmed the payment and promised to deliver our PCs to our office by same day or day after. Next day they ask me for ID and bank statement.

I sent them ID but waited to appear transaction in bank statement. After 3-4 days when my bank statement was updated for transaction of payment from my account to HCL technology...

i got suspicious when they asked for money (Rs. 9000), which no company would ask like this...

i hope that this complaint will help all those other people to be careful while sending a response who may get such fraud messages

sir five months had only passed from the day i purchased this hcl me laptop. And it has started showing problems i took it to the service center they told the TFD is flickering and the problem is due to ram it has not been set properly after getting repaired, i took the laptop with me back to home..on that day the same problem started again .. again i went to the service center they replaced the LED... but sir after replacing the LED also...

I gave a order for HCL ME Tablet X1 Kit (with tata photon*, 16GB memory card,. (order no. 49369). BY Currier I have take only my tablet on dated 21 march 2012 ,but after one month you have not give my 16GB memory card to me .I have complaint many time for HCL costumer cell but they can’t take any action about this.Please solve my complain and give me my 16 gb memory card as soon as possible.
