HDFC Bank — Amount pending with HDFC Bank

I tried to book a Ticket on IBIBO on Friday 10/07/2015 through my HDFC Netbanking. after entering the OTP i got an error: Could not reach the destination but amount was deducted. Then i tried with the my friend's HDFC card and got the same error again. so total amount that me and my friend debited was 4494+4494=8988.I communicated the IBIBO and they have confirmed it is a fault at the bank's end. I called the customer care and the relationship manager that is assigned to us for our concerns. They were saying wait for 48 HRS your money will auto credited to your account. after 2 days i again called the HDFC customer care then their statement was 'Wait for 5 to 7 working days' only then we can take your complains. we waited for 5 days then again we called the customer care. She noted down our complain with reference id:#PUNC[protected] & #PUNC[protected] and again asked us for another 7 working days. According to their customer care they are giving a High Priority to this complain but still i didn't get any response from their side.Also i have mail chain with the HDFC who says in every mail we will revert you with in 7 days.you can check my balance and i really need this money urgently. It is a big amount 8988/-, and HDFC is not paying attention on it. I need to pay my bills.HDFC has 3rd class customer care, services and the most useless part is their relationship manager. May be it's not a big amount for your but for me it is.

Please check the error i got at the time of transaction.

Still it is a mystery 'Where the hell is this fault'. Now 4 providers comes in to picture HDFC, Payu Money, PayU Biz and IBIBO..

HDFC people saying.. Fault is at PayU Money's end and we have transferred this amount to PayU Money.So Contact the Merchant..
PayU Money Saying.. Fault is at Payu Biz so we are transferring this concern to PayU Biz..
PayU BIz... Please contact IBIBO we don't have anything pending at our end
IBIBO... no amount was charged for any transaction so please contact HDFC Bank...

most interesting part is, HDFC sent us a message and saying your problem is resolved with in a given time line(15Day)
STILL WE HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY REFUND!!

Now my question is to HDFC: I complained to HDFC on the same day(10/07/2015) when this issue occurs then why HDFC transferred this amount to third party on 13/07/2015?

Does a customer's complaint really matters for HDFC????

issue is solved. but overall experience was not good.
they took 18 days to solve this issue and it's a very big deal!!!
