HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — no response from the fastag team

I had applied for hdfc fastag online by paying an amount rs. 300 and i received a pdf form for signature by email on 13.12.2017. I submitted the scanned copy of the form (Hfr016621) duly signed. I received the fastag by courier but did not receive any login details so i was unable to login. I tried over the customer care number but could not reach anytime. Again, i applied for the same by paying an amount rs. 300 on 23.01.2018. Submitted the form (Hfr026653) duly signed. Till date there is no response from your side or even i did not get the tag. What shall i do? Can you please solve this problem. Either i can use the old fastag card (But you please provide login details) or you send me a new fastag with login details. Feb 15, 2018 Updated by Saju T Abraham Finally, I got connected to fastag customer care number. Received lot of promises but till date, nothing worked out. Why HDFC team is not responding.? I regret that my salary account is in HDFC bank.
