[Resolved] HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — sloppy customer service and no response | |||
I applied for hdfc fastag on 3rd november 2017 and uploaded scanned and signed copy along with all the documents on 10th november 2017. After that, there is no response whatsoever from hdfc. I tried calling their toll free number [protected], but it is never working. Cannot believe that hdfc can stoop to such low levels of customer service. There is no e-mail or customer service mechanism in place. I paid rs.1000 with 200 as deposit and 800 as top up amount and application form acknowledgement number hfr008348 was generated. The irony of their process is that you have to pay first and then submit the application signed copy. This is not intimated in advance. Only after money deduction, you realize the process is lengthy. Nonetheless i have paid for it and stuck. Could you please facilitate to either process the application or refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |||

I tried calling the numbers you mentioned, but as expected there is no response. Sometimes I get a busy tone and sometimes it rings and no one bothers to pick or call back!!
Mail already written to hdfc.fastag@sahaj.co.in but there is no reply yet after 10 days.
