[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card team misbehave related complaint | |||
Dear sir/mam, I, dinesh singh (a/c no- [protected]) am using a credit card from HDFC Bank from where I got a limit of 50000/- but due to some personal reasons this time my payments are not on time.My current outstanding is near by 58000/- regarding this today I received a call from Lucknow mr sachin were on line ([protected]) and he was using the words like that I borrowed money from sachin. He was using slang languages. If I am paying interest on used amount then what's the issue and my payment is delay but I have not denied that I'll not pay. I know that credit card used amount are insured by insurance agency for all the banks and govt has also in involvement in credit card problem for consumer. My credit card's last payment date is last of May month. If again I received any call regarding credit card payment and if any one will talk like this I will sue against him/her for mental harrasment. Mob-- [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
