[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Fastag illegal money deduction | |
Hello Sir/Madam, I have monthly pass at Nashik-Sinnar tollway plaza as im working in Sinnar My pass is valid up to Oct'21. Inspite of valid pass, today ( 2021.08.02 at time 8.32.13) HDFC deducted Rs 35 rs from my account. My car no: MH01BK8851 & my mob no: [protected] I try to complaint at their customer care no[protected] then representative asked me to call at 1033. I had shared all the avalable details Representative from 1033 again asked me to call at[protected] I followed the procedure but still no proper response received. This happened in past as well which I tried but give up after multiple trial. Now this is too much, I want to stop their illegal activities. DHFC is doing financial fraud and customer is requesting to correct it. Please help as you are the only hope we have. Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Aug 04, 2021 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, For Fastag transaction dispute on your Fastag wallet, kindly send an email (mentioning Fastag wallet id, Account number/Card number, Transaction date, and amount) from your registered e-mail id to [protected]@hdfcbank.com Also, attach the scan copies of the below documents. 1. Vehicle RC Copy 2. Vehicle Image 3. Cash Slip (If you are disputing for double debit, wherein the payment is done through cash as well as the amount is debited from Fastag). Note: Transaction dispute needs to be reported in writing within 15 days from the date of transaction.
