[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag is, blacklisted applied, a new one no status update yet

Hi,
My vehicle number - ka01mn8711 was showing blacklist from hdfc since many months, funny part is the wallet was closed, hence i was not able to recharge into that account to remove the blacklist.

I tried opting other operators, they were unable to activate their fastag, since it was blacklisted by hdfc, all the money got wasted.

Finally, i decided to apply new fastag from hdfc itself, atleast to activate the new one, you will have to remove the old blacklist. But its been more than a week over, still no sms / email from hdfc regarding the new fastag.

Please check and update me asap.

Updated by softsathish Please dont ask me to email / reach out the customer care number. Sent enough emails to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com and calling the customer care almost everyday since 2 months, did not get any help or positive response till now.

I had sent email to escalations.[protected]@1pay.in, Mamta has replied me to call to the customer care number. But please note, if you check the call history of the customer care with my mobile number you can see i am almost calling them everyday, no use of it till now. All i need is a help to remove the blacklist on my vehicle. Please help me out.
