[Resolved] HDFC Bank — for the reversal of balance debited but benefit not credited | |||||
I was trying to recharge my aircel mobile number: [protected] by rs.98/- using my hdfc debit card on date 17th august 2017 but my rs.98/- debited while recharge not successful. The transaction reference number is: jf[protected] On contacting aircel, they replied that they did not receive the amount and for the reversal of this amount contact to bank. I tried on the bank website but did not find any suitable option. Please resolve this issue asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
