[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Fraud case by Nagpur kingsgate way branch.

Hi My policy number is 15327255. date of Birth is 09021967. We have been fooled by Mr Bharat Kolambe from Kingsway Branch, Nagpur. My mothers investment request was converted in to Life Insurance policy for me. They came to the house and convinced my mother that if I open an NRI account, it will be good for her. I had only signed a document for that. But they forged my signature and locked the money for 5 yrs to reach their personal Bank targets. I have never in my life had such a bad service. When I am trying to call HDFC ! nobody picks up the phone. If they pick up they disconnect. I want to surrender the policy but I want our full only back. This is a case of Fraud and my mother who is a widow does not have any income. If you do not respond to me, I will have to escalate this issue.
