[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag not received | |||
I have applied for fastag through hdfc bank. Even though i have received a confirmation mail from the bank i have not received physical tag. I tried calling on customer care no given for fastag but did not get any response. I need to travel on 1st of dec and will need fastag. The errors seems to be from hdfc bank side only as one of my freind ordered fastag from axis bank and has duly received it. I need to know if i will have to pay heavy charges at toll even after making payment to hdfc bank for fastag then who will be responsible. HDFC is not at all responding whatever way we are trying to approach. This is the worst experience we are getting in case of fastag otherwise HDFC is gr8.
