HDFC Bank — Hdfc smart buy - no refund provided for their faulty email | |||||
Made booking for return flight using hdfc smartbuy offer with goibibo on 14th of march 2016 and got a failure notification email saying that money will be refunded. On which i made my bookings using another website. After which i get confirmation mail suddenly from the hdfc smartbuy collborated with goibibo bookings. On which i contacted them asking for cancellation and full refund of money becuase of faulty email. After 25 days of continuous follow up they send an email that you need to contact goibibo for this. Really? No value for customer's hard earned money and time. Trash service. Need my refund immediately.
