After requesting you all for over 5 months. I have still not got resolution for my problems. And recently another problem got added see point 6 1.Investment and demat account closed - forms submitted 2. Bank account moved from salary to normal account 3. Close my current account associated with customer id[protected] 4. Cancel my credit card no.4854xxxxxxxx0728 5. Some new charges have been levied as below : Date narration chq./ref. I registered for smartpay for my vodafone bill last year in may 2015, no payment was made for last 1 year.
