HDFC Bank — IMPS timed out | |||
Hello, I have done IMPS transfer of 25000 rupees from HDFC bank to Citibank account. Received a SMS saying that transcation is timed out and contact bank with ref no. when i contacted HDFC with reference number, they asked me to wait for 3 days and if amount not debited, i need to register a complaint. This is very bad customer serivce by HDFC bank with no proper guides to solve the issue. account. Received a SMS saying that transaction is timed out and contact
bank with ref no.
when i contacted HDFC with reference number, they asked me to wait for 3
