[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Investment in SIP amount deducted but not continued | |||||
On September 21, 2015 Rs. 1000 deducted from my savings account for SIP Investment stating "MC ISSUED FOR SIP GAJUWAKA[protected][protected]" in the account statement from HDFC Bank Limited, Gajuwaka. Neither I was been provided any folio / documents nor the next month amount deducted from account. I filled the closure form after two months and I was given assurance that my amount will be reimbursed. But its been a year and the amount has not been reimbursed. Oct 14, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Mr. KVS Prasanth from HDFC Bank Ltd., Gajuwaka reached me over phone. He listened to my issue and resolved it within an hour. He is the "Best Banker" I have met till now.
I recovered my belief on HDFC Bank Ltd. again. Thank you Mr. KVS Prasanth. Bankers like you will take your bank up undoubtedly. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I raised an complain related to the deduction of Rs. 1000 every month to HDFC Balanced Fund, HDFC bank for intercity ECS paid to HDFCMF CAMS:6009362:CAMS private limited
From 06-Feb with cheque no 702548 by raised a complain at Angel broking I received that detail that it was an SIP of HDFCMF Balance fund. With my name - Hemlata to HDFC- Balanced fund (G[protected]/93
And before starting this deduction I didn't received any email or any Document at my address
D-226 New Ashok Nagar, Delhi 110096
Now I want to know the details that:
1. What is my customer ID and it's password?
2. My which mobile number is registered with you?
3. What's my ID which you have register with you?
4. HDFC bank is not assisting me related to these issue. And If you guys were not able to share these details over mail then please send me hardcopy at my residence address??
Please see the each and every attachment to go through at this issue, I hope it help you.
Because now I am fully frustrated with you guys. You are not providing me any proper details. After these if my issue is still not resolve from you. Then finally I am going to file a case against you cheaters.
Note: Still if you require any further details related to these then please contact me and resolve these issue as soon as possible. Without wasting my more time.
As of now I have locked a complain to my CITI bank to stop that deduction from my account. That's why in November you are not able to deduct that amount because I have already withdrawn my current balance from CITI bank account from where you were deduction Rs. 1000 every month.
Now assist me in a better way because no one is helping me, every one was saying we were not able to assist you, contact to your bank, to the angel broking, to HDFC bank to CAMS private limited.
Where I can go now tell me to get these details.
I have no issue to continue that Plan but alteast provide me the complete details. So I also mentally think positive about my saving amount.
It's feel like that blindly I was giving you a pentaly of Rs. 1000 without having any proof. In future how can I withdraw that amount. How can I say that yes it was my saving.
I hope that you are understanding the pain I am feeling now because of your mistake.
