Dear sir, I have buying HDFC term plan in 20 sep 2015.but due to some technical issue application was not generated but payment (amount of 3546 rs) was deducted in my icici account.i have already forwarded my request to cancellation my policy by mail in 24 sep 2015.but they are responding your policy in cancellation mode and pls wait 7 to 8 working days. sir today is 15 sep but no any revert mail found till date.
