[Resolved] HDFC Bank — money deducted from my wallet but not got to the account | |||
I have paid a amount of 5000 but it was not reach to party account but deducted from my account and i continued trying to contect with payzapp team i was continuselly busy all day. The ifsc code which i put in for transfer was not correct so i thought it would come back but it says that transaction successful and still money is not back to payzapp or sbi card Phone number for payzapp - [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Sep 14, 2017 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, There was a technical glitch which was being identified and it has been fixed. Due to this issue customers were not able to load money and transfer the money. The issue has been resolved from our end.
