Dear Sir/madam,
I have not received my hdfc insurance Policy receipt (HDFC Personal Pension Plan)
No.: 00130417. I have paid the Annual Premium Amount for Rs. 10, 155 through Internet Banking (SBI) on 02/03/2015 I have not received Payment Receipt in my e-mail provided to the Company. Pl. Confirm my policy
status & contact my phone no [protected].
