[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Online unauthorized transaction complaint (Not done by me) | |||
Respected Sir, There is a transaction of Rs.408.00 debited to Reliance communication on 27/4/2017. I have not done this payment and OTP has also not been generated and received on my registered mobile no. [protected]. Payment debited SMS also has not received on my mobile. Payment method for this transaction is showing as HDFC Internet Banking and amount of INR 408.00 has been debited from my bank account. I contacted Reliance customer support and they told me there is no payment updated yet and they haven’t received this payment. You may contact your bank. Details of transaction are as follows – Chq/ref. no.[protected] Debit Account Number - [protected] Debit Branch - Ajmer Narration – IHDF[protected]BILLDKRELIANCEPAYMEN Transaction Date - 27-APR-2017 Transaction Amount - INR 408.00 Bank statement is attached with this application.
